Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation: 1.1. All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit or full payment, as per the terms outlined in the booking agreement. 1.2. Confirmation of booking is subject to availability and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Payment: 2.1. Payment must be made in the currency specified by Eye Rides Ventures Tours and Travel Agency. 2.2. Payment deadlines are specified in the booking agreement. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking. 2.3. Eye Rides Ventures Tours and Travel Agency reserves the right to charge additional fees for late payments.

3. Cancellation and Refunds: 3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees outlined in the booking agreement. 3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy specified in the booking agreement. 3.3. Eye Rides Ventures Tours and Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.

4. Travel Documents: 4.1. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and health certificates. 4.2. Eye Rides Ventures Tours and Travel Agency shall not be held liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to inadequate travel documentation.

5. Travel Insurance: 5.1. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. 5.2. Eye Rides Ventures Tours and Travel Agency shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the trip, and travelers are advised to obtain adequate insurance coverage.

6. Health and Safety: 6.1. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and able to participate in the activities included in the tour. 6.2. Eye Rides Ventures Tours and Travel Agency reserves the right to refuse participation to any traveler deemed unfit for the tour due to health or safety concerns.

7. Changes to Itinerary: 7.1. Eye Rides Ventures Tours and Travel Agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances. 7.2. Travelers will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible, and reasonable alternatives will be provided.

8. Liability: 8.1. Eye Rides Ventures Tours and Travel Agency shall not be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses incurred during the tour, including but not limited to those caused by acts of nature, accidents, or third parties. 8.2. Travelers participate in tours at their own risk and are advised to exercise caution and follow all safety instructions provided by Eye Rides Ventures Tours and Travel Agency staff.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Uganda. 9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

By booking a tour with Eye Rides Ventures Tours and Travel Agency, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
